The Batman Arkham series is packed full of interesting villains who are very well written. Today, I wanted to take a look at the whole series and pick out 5 villains that I think are written the best, other than Joker. These villains have an all-around compelling storyline, good gameplay elements and also thematic inclusion that fits their respective titles.
