If your Xbox One won't load games or apps here's how to fix it. • I hope this helps you guys. I forgot to mention that after you reset your Xbox you will have to go through the initial setup again but as long as you have a WiFi connection and your console is updated it won’t take too long and you will be able to sign into your account and you will still have all your games and apps under the my games and apps tab and you will also receive an option to go back to any personal settings that you had before, after signing in.
