In this Excel Function Explained video series, I’ll teach you how to combine two or several cells, columns, words or texts in excel using Concatenate, Concat or Functions in excel. • Excel Concatenate, Concat and “ ” functions are frequently used to combine, merge, join or add text, words, names, columns or even cells in excel. Using Concatenate, Concat and “ ” function, you’ll be able to connect two or several cells in excel, combine first name and last name in excel, combine multiple cells into one, join columns, texts, numbers and many more. • Let’s learn how to use Concatenate, Concat and “ ” formula in excel without any delay. • The Functions look like this • = CONCATENATE (Text 1, Text 2, … ) • = CONCAT (Text 1, Text 2, … ) • Text 1 Text 2 … • The Concatenate, Concat and “ ” functions, all of them has only one parameter or argument. • 1. Text: In this parameter, we need to either write the text or specify the cell from where we need to combine, merge, join or add the texts. • Now there are a few things points you need to remember before using these functions. • 1. You can add, join, merge up to 255 cells. • 2.
