Tier Is normally standard. • Every strategy has flaws and I am not saying they are unbeatable, so please think before commenting. • Things to consider / Tips If you want to try this: • Ok sniper abilty + scope lens + focus energy gives you a really great chance to land a critical hit. Multi turn attacks like bullet seed and rock blast also complement this set to It's highest critical hit ratio. To top It off I gave It a STAB move and dive sounded really funny.
