Mix for 1 minute. Gradually add the heavy cream and mix until firm. Set aside. • Wash the strawberries. Cut off the green crown of each strawberry and a small piece from the center. • Take a sheet of plastic wrap and use it to cover a plate or placemat. Arrange the Biscoff cookies in 3 rows of 7 on the wrap. • Spread a portion of the cream mixture evenly over the cookies, with a row of strawberries in the middle. Then, place another row of Biscoff cookies on the empty part of the cream, both on the right and left sides. Pipe some extra cream on top and distribute it evenly. • Using the plastic wrap, fold the dessert into a triangle and press the sides firmly together. • Completely coat the outside of the Biscoff-strawberry dessert with cream. Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it set for a few hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld. • Heat the Biscoff spread in a saucepan over low heat until it becomes liquid. Stay attentive, as this happens quickly. Transfer the Biscoff spread to a piping bag. • Pipe the Biscoff spread over the dessert by going along the sides. Create a 'drip' and fill the inner part with Biscoff spread. Garnish with dollops of cream, strawberry pieces, and Biscoff cookies. Bismillah, enjoy!
