Featured Aircraft: B52s, C130s, E7s, KC135s P8s! • As the 2019 Avalon Airshow draws to a close, the aircraft that has been visiting Avalon this weekend have began taking off back to their bases. There is a tradition at Avalon on the Monday after the show for spotters to camp by the side of the runway to catch some of the aircraft leaving. Many bring arm chairs and even a BBQ to enjoy the day. During my short stay there, I was able to catch some cool departures.
