Neurographic art is a way of drawing that recreates the outer from the inner. The world is a reflection of the beliefs we hold. Beliefs are arbitrary limits on what is possible, and therefore frame the limited way in which the world is experienced. • Mindfulness drawing meditation was discovered and developed by Pavel Piskarev, a Russian psychologist and creative entrepreneur that discovered neurographic art. • Neurographic art is an artistic approach to transforming ourselves and the world. This special drawing meditation helps to link our conscience with the subconscious by activating connections between our brain cells – neurons - thus offering the key to infinite sources of energy available through our brains. This activity can be performed as a family meditation. • Almost always from the perspective of separation, believing that the perceiver and the perceived are separate rather than one and the same.
