I just received my copy of Nacho Banos The Pinecaster. You may know of Nacho's book The Blackguard book which documents the history and variation between blackguards from 1950 to 1954. This book covers the history of early electric guitars from lap steels, fender woody amps, the snakehead prototype esquire to blackguards.
