This is the Ebay link for this kit • https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mp... • This video is a step by step detailed diy of me repairing my Nissan Qashqai tailgate boot lid handle which has broken, I am using a repair kit designed my a company called X8R this is a very common fault with the Nissan Qashqai mark1 and mark2 models the plastic hooks that hold the tailgate in place become weak and brittle over time and snap off leaving the owner to with an expensive repair bill and often they just use some kind of duck tape to hold it in place for the meantime, and this has become a very common sight on these Qashqai’s. This repair kit comes with the replacement plastic tabs that perfectly slot into place replacing the old broken ones and is a fairly simple and a very cost effective alternative to buying a new one and it is very affective and seems to be very durable.
