Dysthymia, high-functioning depression and as it’s presently called the persistent depressive disorder or PDD is a very serious mood disorder that can cause learning and thinking problems, and sometimes physical problems over a long period of time. Kadalasan, kadamay ng PDD ang mas malalang depression but we will get to that later. • People with PDD are constantly faking it; they’ve gotten to the point of faking their smiles, faking their actions in conformity with what their friends and family and officemates have come to expect. People with PDD sometimes have good days, good days with friends who care. Sometimes they have bad days, when every reading, every case for law school just seems very hard and at the end of their bad days, they’re absolutely exhausted. Some days, however, are just harder than most. • In this episode, I'll be addressing how High Functioning Depression can impact your performance in law school in the Philippines. • ********************* • Support the Lex in Motion Community through the official merch store.
