Not to say that there aren’t any videos where people talk about how these systems can just be infuriating due to the people in charge, I just found that a lot of the results for 9 to 5 bad, just didn’t really invoke the right vibes. It’s hard to explain, but at the very least this is now out here in the world. I’d write my breaking point here for this video’s creation, but there’s been so many by this point its kind of too many to list. There’s a lot more stuff that I would have gone into in reference to what I’ve seen in the burnout sequence, but I didn’t want the section to completely lose track even if the burnout section serves as a message against workplace mistreatment. This video serves as an explanation about how a 9 to 5 sabotaged hobbies, friends, family, and a personal life but also an expression of frustration at the fact it even got to reach that point in the first place. It’s kind of funny, in the earliest uploads on this channel, I made a lot of videos talking about interesting views on work culture, and I think I made a forty five minute examination of that one Country song about people working if you know which one I’m talking about. I might revisit that at some point, but for now I feel much more content getting this all off my chest, and getting to think about the world of OFF again. • What is in the Room? • The room will get its own video at some point, though I’m not sure if it would still be in reference to toxic working conditions. I think I’d rather explore Zacharie, and his character, along with do a complete deep dive through replaying the game completely before I did anything like that. The world that The Batter inhabits is too interesting to just leave the final chapter unexplored. There’s so many small events, I didn’t fixate on because this video was more so about talking about the toxic work experience and my anger with it, and it didn’t seem to have a good place for it. I love OFF, and I have so many memories from when I played it and watching Markiplier play it.
