There are no additional costs to you. • Features I like about this radio: • AM sensitivity is great during the evening hours, even logged a new station with this radio. • FM stereo is decent on strong locals. • Instant Weather Band access. • Digital Tuning. • Dedicated Preset Buttons. • Built in Clock. • Runs on a single AAA battery. • Belt clip is very useful, and I'm usually not a fan of them. This one is done right. • Sony build quality. • It's a Sony. • Features I'm not to excited about: • FM Selectivity isn't great. • AM Selectivity suffers during the day if your trying to find distant stations. • Overall, I am still a huge fan of the analog tuned varieties, such as the SRF-49 39s. They represent the best overall bargain.
