Finally! The Jeep has been re-geared with 4.88 gearing! Last summer, we installed these 37” Nitto Trail Grappler tires, and boy does a 37” tire weigh a lot (not to mention the massive diameter). This caused the Jeep to become quite sluggish with the stock gearing. I was still able to tow our 17’ center console, but the gearing was still super weird. Sixth gear was unusable until regearing. Now, we can go uphill in sixth gear! I hope y’all found this video helpful.
