Cut the pineapple into small pieces and then peel the melon, remove the peel, clean the inside, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces. Now peel the kiwi, cut it into pieces and if you want to add the walnuts, put them to soak for about ten minutes in water. Start preparing the extract by putting one fruit at a time. Once you have passed all the fruit, collect the scraps and pass them again.
