Brewer • 3.5 oz Saaz. • Bohemian Lager Yeast. • • This is the recipe I found online, it didn't have the AA's for the hops. The N. Brewer I got is 7.8% and the Saaz is only 2.6%... Also, and this will be important to my brew, I went with Pilsner Urquell yeast from Wyeast. Ty....
