The heavenly aroma of reshteh polo combined with the subtle sweetness of sautéed onions and raisins creates an explosion of flavour in your mouth. The brown noodles in the rice make for the most mouthwatering tahdig! • As you may know on Persian new year’s eve Iranians traditionally eat Sabzi Polo ba Mahi, rice with herbs and fish.
