This Dian Hong Cha- YuanNan Red Tea is a high end gourmet tea, one of the best tea I ever had. This one produced by Dian Hong Tea master Zhang Cheng Ren. This tea only use the tip buds of the tea leaves, called Golden Tip , You can see the golden orange in color , and taste little sweet with an aroma I want to put my nose in all day lol • The tea and water ratio is 1:60 , water temperature between 185F to 194F(85C to 90C) usually this tea steep very quickly 5-7 seconds, not more than 15 seconds.
