Hi my loves! Welcome back to my kitchen! Today I'm making white chocolate macadamia nut cookies and they're so similar to the Subway ones :) Scroll down for the recipe. • ♡ WHITE CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA NUT COOKIES • What you need: • 120g | 1/2 cup butter • 80g | 1/3 cup sugar • 100g | 1/2 cup light brown sugar • 200g | 1 cup white chocolate chips • 80g | 2/3 cup macadamia nuts • 1 egg • 2 tsps vanilla extract • 1 tsp baking soda • 185g | 1 1/2 cup plain flour • Pinch of salt • Mix all the ingredients together roll out 15-20 balls! Pop them on a baking tray and bake them in the oven (180C/350F) for 10 min or until golden brown.
