Shrimp and Spinach Penne Pasta

Here's a healthy pasta you'll love! It's ready in 20 minutes for your lunch and dinner. • Ingredients: • 1 cup penne pasta, cooked in package directions • 2 tbsp Olive oil • 1/4 kg shrimps, peeled and deveined • 1 tsp paprika • 3 tbsp butter • 2 tbsp garlic, minced • 2 cups spinach leaves • 1 Tsp parsley • salt and pepper to taste • Directions: • 1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. • 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and add shrimps, then season with paprika. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until shrimp is pink and opaque then set aside. • 3. On the same pan, add butter and garlic, then mix in your spinach and shrimp stock. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until spinach is wilted. • 4. Add in the pasta and sprinkle some parsley and parmesan cheese. • 5.
