Hey, hi, hello everyone and welcome back to Morgs' Menu! • Today's video show how to make a homemade Taco Bell Chicken Quesadilla! We make this recipe all of the time and it is super simple! Full recipe below. • Follow my Morgs' Menu Instagram and TikTok here: • https://instagram.com/morgs_menu?igsh... • https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMJpDRQeU/ • __________________________________________________________ • Taco Bell Quesadilla (2 servings) • Ingredients- • 2 large burrito size tortillas • ~1/2 lb. chicken breast (or desired protein) • ~1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese • 1/4 cup mayo • 3 tsp. diced jalapeños • 4 tsp. pickled jalapeño juice • 1 tsp. sugar • ~2 tsp. garlic powder • ~2 tsp. chili powder • ~1 tsp. onion powder • ~1 tsp. cumin • ~1 tsp. paprika • Salt pepper • Steps- • 1. Combine mayo, jalapeños and juice, sugar, and ~1 tsp. of each seasoning to make sauce; set aside in fridge • 2. Dice chicken into bite-size pieces and season with ~1 tsp. of garlic powder, chili powder, and salt and pepper • 3. Cook in a little oil in a pan at medium heat until chicken is fully cooked; remove and set aside • 4. Spray pan with a little cooking spray and keep at medium heat to cook quesadilla • 5. Lay down tortilla; on one side layer 1/4 cup cheese, half chicken, and another 1/4 cup cheese; on the other side spread half sauce • 6. Folder over and cook on each side for 4 - 5 minutes or until desired crispiness • 7. Repeat with second quesadilla and remaining ingrediants • 8.
