We’re entering our winter arc and today is the start of my attempt at the 75 day hard challenge. • For 75 days I will commit to: • -45 minute outdoor workout • -45 minute indoor workout • -Read 10 pages of a book • -Drink a “gallon” of water (120oz*) • -Eat 120g of protein • -No alcohol or junk food • -posting a progress post on instagram daily • I’m taking on this challenge in order to build my discipline to a level I haven’t attained before.
