You can cook a delicious and quick casserole out of squash in minutes. While cooking you can get on with other matters. This recipe of squash casserole is for breakfast, lunch and family dinner as a main course or vegetable side dish. You can serve a squash casserole hot or cooled. • Ingredients: • • small (new) squash – 800 g • • eggs – 4 • • sour cream 20% - 4 heaped tbsp • • butter – 30 g • • garlic – 1 clove • • dill greens – 5 g • • salt – 1 tsp • • ground black pepper – ½ tsp • • hard cheese – 100 g • • scallion – 5 g • You will need: • • baking dish • • bowl • • whisk or fork • • carving board • Preparation: • 1. Whisk or fork the eggs, add the sour cream, salt, pepper, minced garlic and chopped up dill, incorporate. • 2. Cut the squashes into rings 5-7 mm thick. • 3. Brush a baking dish with the melted butter. • 4. Lay out the squash rings into the baking dish not too densely. • 5. Pour with the prepared sauce. • 6. Sprinkle with the grated cheese. • 7. Preheat oven to 180°C and bake the squash casserole until light golden crust for 30 minutes. • 8. Serve it hot or cold. • Advices: • 1. If you have big squashes then it is better to deseed and peel them. • 2.
