A review of the 2023 Lifan E3 electric scooter, USA version. Overall verdict; the scooter has very good build quality, a comfortable ride, quality feeling plastics and switches, and a very good bang for the buck electric scooter. The acceleration could be better, but is very comparable to a 50cc, four stroke scooter. It has a much better ride and quality than other comparable electric scooters we have tested. The range should be at least 20 miles of hard riding, but may 30-45 miles of real world driving.
