U.S. Marshals have arrested a man who’s been on the run since April. Kenneth Twyman has open cases both in Milwaukee and Waukesha County with his most recent warrant stemming from a homicide charge in April. Twyman was arrested near 13th and Drexel in Oak Creek and firearms and narcotics were found in the home where the arrest happened.
