Low Power Battery Capacity Tester amp Voltmeter

For my upcoming major project, I'm looking for a very low power consumption voltmeter that I could leave on for 24/7 display and not put an appreciable drain on the battery. I think this unit is the best I can find. With the backlight on, it pulls 2.88mA, and with the backlight off, it only uses 1.30mA. It also has a sleep function that when enabled, it only consumes 0.01mA while sleeping.
