http://www.laptopscreen.com/ • Replaced the stock 1600x900 LG matte panel with a 1920x1080 AUO glossy panel • Laptop screen sourced from www.laptopscreen.com • Tutorial written for www.laptopscreen.com • General Instructions: • 1. Unscrew two bottom plate screws (NOT the description plate) • 2. Disconnect battery • 3. Pry off bezel with plastic spudger tool • 4. Unscrew 6 LCD frame screws • 5. Tilt LCD forward and gently pry off LVDS cable from old screen • 6. Remove clear tape from the LVDS socket and gently pull out cable • 7. Remove 4 screws from around old LCD to release frame • 8. Reverse the process to install.
