Keep in mind that if you escape a Level 3 scan/pursuit, your wanted level will stay at 3, even though they have stopped looking for you. • Go to a busy intersection, or highway, and have a fast car handy nearby. Also, a good assault rifle will help out. Start killing civilians, and make sure that you immediately kill any civilians that begin to call the cops, shown by a red triangle symbol above their heads. • The goal is to get the white bar under the map to Level 5, and as soon as it does, get in your car and speed off. Once a caller connects, the bar will turn yellow, and large circles will appear on your map with a percentage.
