Archos shows a mobile phone with Windows 10, too: the 50 Cesium with 5 and 8 megapixel camera for about 130 euro. The Android edition of it is named 50 e Helium. Further on the French company unveiled the Diamond S with 5 and 16 megapixel lens plus its big brother, the Diamond Plus with 5.5 screen.
