There are many one hand hitting drills out there. Some top hand hitting drills and some bottom hand hitting drills. My favorite top hand hitting drill for baseball is called the catch and crush hitting drill and you can see that video here • Catch and Crush Hitting Drill But my favorite bottom hand hitting drill is this one. I don't have a name for it, so I just called it the best bottom hand hitting drill because in my opinion it is the best for bottom hand hitting training. In this baseball hitting drill, the hitter should take his top hand, turn it over, and swing the baseball bat with his bottom hand, only using the top hand to help guide the bat slightly to when it releases the barrel. The main objective of this hitting drill is to keep the body eyes on the baseball at contact and not to fly open or drag the baseball bat through the hitting zone.
