Another amazing about salmon is that it’s very easy to make it tasty. • Enjoy this juicy and flavorful salmon dish! • Thumbs up if you liked this recipe :-) • If you subscribe to this channel and click on the bell, you will be notified when a new video goes live! • ************************** • ✧ INGREDIENTS ✧ (Please check my website for detailed info) • Salmon: • 400g salmon fillet • 1 tbsp salt • Sauce: • 1 g ginger • 2 g spring onion/scallion • 1 piece garlic clove • 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil (any cooking oil will do) • 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce • ✧ INSTRUCTIONS ✧ with step-by-step pics: https://zenfulcooking.com/steamed-sal... • Prepare the sauce • 1. Chop some scallion and ginger and put them in a bowl • 2. Smash a clove of garlic and put it in the same bowl • 3. Heat up 2-3 tsp of oil (make sure it gets very hot) • 4. Pull the hot oil on the spices (it will make drizzling sounds) • 5. Add 1-2 tsp of soy sauce • 6. Voila! • Prepare the Salmon • 1. Dry the surface of the salmon with kitchen paper • 2. Slice the salmon fillet into 4 pieces • 3. Sprinkle on some salt • 4. Leave the light-salted salmon in the fridge for 15 mins or above • 5. Steam the salmon for 8-10 mins after the water starts to boil • 6. Spread the prepared sauce on the salmon • 7.
