For Empire players, you can find it at the Galactic Trade Market Cartel Bazaar areas at Vaiken Spacedock or go to the station at the Market Area of Kaas City, Dromund Kaas. Also you can buy a station from the Cartel Market (costs 110 CC) and place it in your Stronghold (if you have one). • At the station you can change your Species and the rest of your features, but you can't change your Gender.
