First mining Run 3 24

Today we're taking a quick run with prospector to see what if anything has changed. So far, I have to say I'm happy with 3.24 now that it's got some hot fixes. For those subscribed, sorry for the lack of content, but I really didn't want to have to fight the bugs inherent in a new patch. So, I let things settle as I focus more on game play rather than what's new.
