Equivalent ratios can be used to find missing values. In this video, I use the box method to solve these ratio problems. • Problem 1 I must mix my oil for my motorcycle in a ratio of oil to gas in a ratio of 1 to 32. How many ounces of oil do I need for 146 ounces of gas? • My bike has a ratio of the front sprocket to the rear of 42 to 10. If my rear sprocket is 15 teeth, how large must the front sprocket need to be. • Related Equivalent Fraction Videos • Equivalent Fractions-Christine Munafo's Flipped Classroom-4th grade STEM   • Equivalent Fractions-Christine Munafo...   • Equivalent Fractions for beginners •    • Equivalent Fractions | #aumsum #kids ...   • Fractions that are equal •    • Equivalent Fractions   • ~-~~-~~~-~~-~ • Please watch: Study Skills Teacher's Secret Guide to your Best Grades •    • My new book-Study Skills Teacher's Se...   • ~-~~-~~~-~~-~
