In today’s video, I’ll guide you through the steps to download and install the Citi Mobile® app on your phone. But before we get started, don’t forget to like this video, subscribe to our channel, and hit the notification bell so you never miss any updates! • Step 1: Open Your App Store • To begin: • Open the App Store on your iPhone or the Google Play Store on your Android device. • Tap on the Search Bar at the top of the screen. • Step 2: Search for the Citi Mobile® App • In the search bar: • Type in Citi Mobile or Citi Bank. • Look for the official Citi Mobile® app in the search results. It’s typically named Citi Mobile® App and features the Citibank logo. • Tap on the app to open its download page. • Step 3: Download the App • To download the app: • Tap on the Get or Install button. • For iPhone users, double-click the side button or use Face ID/Touch ID to confirm the download. • The download will begin, and you’ll see a progress circle indicating the status. • Step 4: Wait for Installation • Once the download is complete: • The app will automatically install on your phone. • When it’s done, the Open button will appear in place of the download icon. • Step 5: Open and Set Up the App • To start using the Citi Mobile® app: • Tap on Open. • Accept the terms and conditions as prompted. • You can now sign in with your Citibank account credentials or create a new account if you don’t already have one. • Step 6: Locate the App on Your Home Screen • The app will also be added to your home screen for easy access.
