As wonderful as it is to create a drone image mosaic, they aren't always located in the correct position. Not to say that other datasets are any better! Here I show you the process of image to image georeferencing. It's not perfect, but as my son says - you get what you get, and you don't get upset! I also show you how to incorporate Google Satellite data into QGIS, so if you don't need to do that, just skip ahead to 3:07 :) • For reference, here are the URLs for linking through to Google data Google Maps: https://mt1.google.com/vt/lyrs=r x={x} y={y} z={z} • Google Satellite: http://www.google.cn/maps/vt?lyrs=s@1...{x} y={y} z={z} • Google Satellite Hybrid: https://mt1.google.com/vt/lyrs=y x={x} y={y} z={z} • Google Terrain: https://mt1.google.com/vt/lyrs=t x={x} y={y} z={z} • Google Roads: https://mt1.google.com/vt/lyrs=h x={x} y={y} z={z}
