Catching a Speedy Fivelined Skink

Our herping expeditions typically yield a diverse variety of frogs, salamanders, snakes, and turtles, but there is one type of herpetofauna that we rarely ever see in the wild: lizards. For whatever reason, these reptiles are exceptionally rare in our area, and so herping for lizards in Pennsylvania has not yielded any results for us as of yet.
