Welcome to the Fjällräven Polar 2025 challenges. To earn your seat on the next expedition, you will need to complete three challenges released weekly from Monday, October 28th, 2024. Remember, there are no wrong answers – only your interpretation of the challenge, your creativity, and your passion. Read on for the full challenge description. We wish you the best of luck! • CHALLENGE #3 – Make nature your neighbour • Proven to lower blood pressure, improve concentration, and boost the immune system after just 20 minutes of a daily walk, what’s not to love about nature? Plus, we believe that when you spend more time in nature, the more you grow appreciation and respect for it. The challenge today is nature can be hard to access. From living in cities to spending more time in front of devices, it can be difficult to spend as much time there as we like. • We want to know; how do you motivate yourself (and others) to spend more time in and around nature? What do you do – or wish you could do – to get closer to it? Are there any practical challenges you must overcome to get out here? • Growing vegetables, joining friends on day treks, or going to the park all qualify! Give us your stories, big and small, and send us your tips about how to best get closer to the outdoors. • Respond by uploading a video, photos, imagery or any other creative content to your public Instagram account by Sunday, November 17th, 2024, at 11:59PM CET..
