Being told news that seems to overwhelming is amazingly tough ... Happened to me three weeks ago, • Been trying to take things one step at a time ... day by day. • So it doesn't feel too much to deal with in one go. Letting the Drs, consultants, Nurses, Care assistants do their thing ... let them worry about my cancer ... giving me time to worry about my wellbeing, my mental health. • Family have been amazing too ... helping me with appointments, advice and asking questions that i would not have thought of.
