Moroccan Chickpea Tagine

This recipe is super simple, fast delicious. Heat 1-2T olive oil over med, sauté 1 lg chopped onion, 1 diced red shepherds pepper 2-4 cloves garlic minced 6-8 minutes until soft. Add 1t Harissa paste (1/4t cayenne pepper), 1/2t turmeric, 1/2t paprika, 1/2t ground ginger, 1t ground cumin, 1t cinnamon black pepper to taste; cook 1-2 minutes longer. Add 1 can diced tomatoes, 1/2t salt 1t coconut sugar; stir well. Add 1 lg can rinsed chickpeas. Cover simmer 20 min.
