We stayed at Royal Thurman Anchorage (https://activecaptain.garmin.com/en-U...) on our boat Mahalo. We chose this anchorage because of the good reviews from wind protection and being so close to Oriental. We had 40+mph NW winds somewhere around us but our anchorage remained calm. Very happy. Sat out the storm for two nights.
