You have great judgment of character, which is why your friends ask you to meet their significant others when things get serious. A decision is a judgment, unless you let a coin toss decide for you. A blessing is a prayer asking for divine protection, or a little gift from the heavens. It's also any act of approving, like when your roommate wants to move out and you give her your blessings. Blessings have to do with approval. • In The Bible - Judgement: To decide, give a verdict, declare an opinion. The legal determination of guilt or innocence and pronouncement of arbitrarily-imposed punishment to match the crime which is understood to be death. The process whereby a verdict is reached or the verdict itself; it is bound up with the notions of justice. Blessings: Refers to flourishing and the multiplication of life. A favor or gift bestowed by God, thereby bringing happiness. to be in favor with, of one mind with, and in tune with the will of God. Blessing is not about getting good things or experiencing happiness. • Micah In The Bible : Micah is said to be the first Prophet to predict that the Messiah would be born in Bethlehem, and this prophecy was referenced in the New Testament. Micah is known for bringing a message of judgement and restoration that would spur a revival in the land of Judah. • Main Message Of Micah : Micah spells out the disobedience of God's people, particularly in the city life of Jerusalem, and the certain judgment of the Lord which will be thorough but will leave a faithful remnant under the leadership of God's chosen king. • Main Lesson Of Micah : Micah teaches his people that living justly, loving mercy, and following the Lord are more important than sacrifices and offerings. • Definitions: • Troops - Armed forces, soldiers. • Bethlehem - House of Bread. • Ephrathah - Fruitful. • Clans - Can refer to lineages. • Ancient Times - Beforetime, yore ; generally the remote past. • Labor - To work, great effort, toiling or grind away. • Majesty - God's strength and glory. • Assyria - A great and powerful country lying on the Tigri. The country to whom God sent the prophet Jonah. • Fortresses - A castle or stronghold, a place of defense and protection against large-scale attacks. • Seven Shepherds - Leaders of God's people. (7) • Eight Shepherds - Leaders of God's people. (8) • Sword - Depict the judgment of God. • Nimrod - A mighty hunter. • Gates - Seats of authority. • Invades - To break in on or to encroach upon. • Marches - Move forward. • Remnant - A small group of Israelites who will survive the invasion of the Assyrian army under Tiglath-Pileser III. • Young Lion - Strength, energy, power, and aggression. • Flocks Of Sheeps - Symbolically refer to God's people. • Adversaries -  An opponent or foe. • Cut Off - Excommunication or banishment. • Horses - A vain hope for deliverance. • Chariots - A powerful religious symbol for ancient Israel. A  vehicle generally used for warlike purposes. • Strongholds -  A defensive structure. • Witchcraft - The exercise or invocation of alleged supernatural powers to control people or events. • Soothsayers - One who pretends to prognosticate future events. • Engraved Images - Something carved or hewn. • Pillars - Foundation elements. Used to support a building. The Church itself. • Uproot - To be rooted up, to be. forcefully uprooted. Unexpected, unwelcome and uncomfortable. To be barren, to be infertile. • Asherah Poles - A sacred tree or pole that stood near Canaanite religious locations to honor the goddess Asherah. Asherah is an ancient Near Eastern mother goddess who is both worshipped and rejected in the Hebrew Bible. • Execute - Executing judgment. • Vengeance - An injured party's desire for retribution or repayment from those who harmed him or to demonstrate his innocence against false accusations. Restoring wholeness and integrity to the community. • Anger - Nostrils. A passionate and active response of the entire person to a real or perceived wrong. • Wrath - A strong feeling of hatred or resentment with a desire for vengeance.
