Instant Pot | Beef Tips Gravy | Recipe • Instant Pot Beef Tips and Gravy Recipe: • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1 onion chopped • 1 pound Beef Tips • 6-12 ounces Mushrooms • 2 cups beef broth • 5 potatoes • 3 tbsp Corn Starch • 1 package gravy mix • Instructions: • Place instant Pot on saute. • Add olive oil and chopped onion • Add Beef Tips to the Instant Pot, brown on each side about 1-2 minutes. • Pour in Beef Broth • Add Mushrooms • Chop your potatoes and place them on trivet • Place Pot on MANUAL HIGH PRESSURE For 15 minutes. • Do a Quick Release • Remove potatoes and mash • Instant Pot back on saute and remove 1 cup of the liquid. • Mix 1 cup liquid with 3 tbsp cornstarch • Stir in gravy mix • Continue on saute until sauce gets thick about 2 minutes. • Serve over your mashed potatoes. • I used the 6 quart instant pot which can be bought here: • https://www.amazon.com/Instant-Pot-Pl...
