Quick Creamy Celery Puree Celeriac Mash Recipe EP2

Very fancy but still so cheap recipe to make as a side dish. No maintenance required, you will need just to clean the celery root, cut it roughly and cook it for 20minutes to make it very tender. • Once it's tender that it won't hold on the knife its perfect time to remove it from stove and transfer to mixer bowl. Blitz it with knob of butter and 1/3 cup of milk. Add more butter or milk to get it more creamy up to your preference.
