(NYSE: AMC) (“AMC” or “the Company”), the largest theatrical exhibition company in the world, announced today preliminary results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024. The preliminary results are unaudited, subject to completion of the Company’s financial reporting processes, based on information known by management as of the date of this press release and do not represent a comprehensive statement of our financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2024. AMC expects: • 1) Total revenues for the quarter ended March 31, 2024, to be approximately $951.4 million compared to $954.4 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2023. • 2) Net loss for the quarter ended March 31, 2024, to be $(163.5) million compared to a net loss of $(235.5) million for the quarter ended March 31, 2023. • 3) Diluted loss per share for the quarter ended March 31, 2024, to be $(0.62) compared to diluted loss per share of $(1.71) for the quarter ended March 31, 20231. • 4) Adjusted EBITDA to be $(31.6) million for the quarter ended March 31, 2024, compared to Adjusted EBITDA of $7.1 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2023.
