Capoeira is a fun and amazing sport which gives you plenty of exercise and teaches you something different then the normal dance or martial arts. It was founded in Brazil as a form of self-defence . Our teacher of capoeira was from Rio de Janeiro had good techniques and he had a great sense of humour.
