DIY Wheel Balancing Without Specialty Tools

In this tutorial I show you how to test the balancing of your rim and tire. Never assume that the shop has done the job properly, test it for yourself with this easy method that requires no specialty tools or purchasing of a truing stand. A simple smooth rod, two car stands or level surface is all you need to get the job done. • Counter weights can be purchased from eBay for as little a $10 and generally come in black or silver.
