Bengali Begun Bhaja, a humble side dis in Bengali cuisine! This deep-fried Eggplant can be paired with any Indian Dal and Plain Rice to serve a comforting meal. • Here is the Ingredients list : • 1) One large Eggplant cut crosswise into thick pieces.
