As part of our southern breakfast series, I'm whipping up some biscuits made with butter as opposed to biscuits made with oil. • Biscuits made with butter taste better than biscuits made with oil and they hold together better, but they are not as healthy. A biscuit made with oil will crumble and is good for eating with breakfast gravy. • A biscuit made with butter won't fall apart as easy so it's ideal for a butter, jelly or honey biscuit.
