Download and install MTK USB Driver on your computer or laptop. In case you have already installed Alcatel Driver on your PC/Laptop then Skip this step. • Step-2. Download Alcatel Stock firmware compatible with your Alcatel Mobile or Tab, if you have already downloaded the Stock firmware file then ignore downloading it again, and extract the zip file it on your PC/Laptop. • Step-3. Power Off your Alcatel device (if it is a removable Battery, remove the Battery). • Step-4. Download and Extract SmartPhone Flash Tool on Your PC/Laptop. • Step-5. Now, After Extracting SP Flash Tool on your PC, Open Flash_tool.exe and run it as administrator to start the Tool. • Step-6.
