Would you have the courage to walk right into the middle of a mass of swarming, fighting bees? • When Bundaberg bee keeper Kai Gerschau went to check on his native bee hives this week he was faced with an unusual scene - a massive rolling black cloud of the insects surrounding four of his hives. • He thought they might be mating, but a quick look at the carnage soon revealed it wasn't love - it was war. • Kallee Buchanan braved the swarm to take a closer look.
